Introduction
The Mingzuling is the clothing tomb of Zhu Yuanzhang’s three generations ancestors of Ming Dynasty, and also is the actual burial ground of his grandfather. In the 18th year of hongwu (1385), Zhuyuanzhang ordered his crown prince Zhubiao to build the ancestral tomb. It took 28 years to complete the construction of the tomb. It has grand scale, there are three walls, three jinshui bridges, and thousands of halls, pavilions, towers and pavilions, covering an area of ten thousands of acres. The construction regulations and 21 stone carvings of Ming zuling inherited the Tang and Song Dynasty style, which was an important carrier for Zhu yuanzhang to re-establish the orthodox Confucian culture. 
In the 19th year of the reign of emperor Kangxi of Qing dynasty (1680), the Yellow River captured the Huaihe river. In 1964, the Mingzuling was discovered by the cultural relics census after sleeping nearly 300 years. After conservation and restoration, it was announced in 1996 as the fourth batch of national key cultural relic protection units.It opened to the public in the 1990s and quickly became one of the hottest tourist attractions in Jiangsu. 
Mingzuling tomb, also known as “The first tomb of the Ming dynasty”, become the only tomb of country with the charming of water due to the changes of times. It sites in the east of Hongze lake, south nears to the Xinyang highway, locates in Huaihe river in Xuyi town of Jiangsu province and it is away from the Xuyi town about 8 kilometers.
